Role Description

We are looking for a motivated
Customer Service Representative
with
German and English
language skills to join a dynamic team supporting our project.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for
digital marketing
and/or
web design
and be eager to help clients grow their online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding website and digital marketing solutions.
  • Offer guidance and technical support for website management tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German
    and
    strong English skills
    (B2 or higher).
  • Experience or knowledge in
    digital marketing
    and/or
    web design
    (
    mandatory
    ).
  • Enthusiastic about technology, creativity, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Available to work in rotating shifts, Monday–Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary:
    competitive
  • Bonus:
    competitive (x12 months).
  • Meal allowance:
    €7.23/day (average).
