YOUR MISSION:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior SAP Basis Administrator
to lead the administration and optimization of our SAP systems across a global enterprise landscape. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of SAP environments, including
S/4HANA in a private cloud
and related components. You will manage a team of SAP Basis professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to drive operational excellence and support strategic SAP initiatives.

  • Plan and safeguard uninterrupted SAP operations, ensuring system stability and performance
  • Manage system maintenance and coordinate external service providers
  • Organize and participate in on-call support
  • Act as a hands-on expert for SAP Basis operations
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and support package implementations
  • Monitor and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance and enforce best practices for SAP S/4 across regional teams
  • Execute and proactively manage projects such as release management, rollouts, and upgrades in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

YOUR TALENT:

  • Extensive experience in SAP Basis administration, including S/4HANA in private cloud environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver high-performing, secure SAP landscapes.
  • Hands-on expertise in system upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional projects.

This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
