Role Summary

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Department Manager (m/w) in Vollzeit für unseren Store

Als UO Department Manager bist du täglich ein Vorbild für dein Team und unsere Kunden. Du förderst und forderst dein Team, erkennst Trainings- und Schulungsbedarf und erreichst gemeinsam mit deinem Management Team ein optimales Store-Ergebnis. Dabei überblickst du schnell komplexe Zusammenhänge und findest individuelle Lösungswege. Du schaffst täglich positive Kundenkontakte und ein erstklassiger Kundenservice ist für dich und dein Team selbstverständlich.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Du bist Verantwortlich für den Wirtschaftlichen Erfolg eines unserer Sales Departments (DOB, HAKA) für unseren Standort
  • Durch deine aktive Mitarbeit unterstützt du das Management Team bei allen im Tagesgeschäft anfallenden Aufgaben z.B. Präsentation des Menswear Departments, Warenaufbau, Aus- und Weiterbildung deines Teams, Kundenservice und Warenbearbeitung
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und zielorientiert, immer fokussiert auf die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse
  • Du unterstützt dein Instore VM Team beim Warenaufbau und Präsentation und kreierst so eine authentische Brand Experience
  • Durch schaffen von positiven Kundenkontakten mit neuester Technologie, baust du stetig unseren Kundenstamm erfolgreich aus 
  • Ladenwartung: Verantwortlich für die Durchführung grundlegender Reinigungsarbeiten in und um die Räumlichkeiten, wie z. B. die Reinigung von Böden und Räumen, einschließlich Fegen, Staubsaugen, Staubwischen, Aufheben größerer Gegenstände vom Boden und punktuelles Reinigen von Glas und Fenstern.
