Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer OpEx Strategie und Roadmap für den Standort/das Geschäftsfeld.
  • Entwicklung der Organisation durch Einführung von Veränderungsprozessen und Begleitung von diesen.
  • Implementierung von Lean-Prinzipien und OpEx Methoden um die Qualität, Effizienz und Produktivität nachhaltig in allen Unternehmensprozessen zu verbessern.
  • Definition von KPIs, um die nachhaltige Umsetzung der OpEx-Initiativen zu verfolgen und die Erreichung der Ziele sicherzustellen.
  • Koordination, Initiierung und Leitung von OpEx Projekten.
  • Koordination der OpEx Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) am Standort und Initiierung von Schulungen zur Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Sicherstellung, dass die Prinzipien von allen Mitarbeitern (m/w/d) und Führungskräften verstanden und angewendet werden.
  • Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung schaffen.
  • Übernahme und Steuerung von Standortprojekten in enger Abstimmung mit der Standortleitung.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ingenieurs-Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Anwendung von OpEx-Methoden (z.B. Six Sigma Green Belt, Wertstromanalyse etc.)
  • Projektmanagement Erfahrung
  • Galvanik Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hoher Grad an Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Change-Management inkl. konstruktiver Umgang mit Konflikten
  • Analytische Denkweise

  • IT Kenntnisse (z.B. Statistik Software wie Minitab / Statistica, bestenfalls UEi Path, MS Office, o.Ä.)
