GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS EXPERT PROCUREMENT (W/M/D)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Einkauf: Unterstützung und Kommunikation zentraler Einkaufsprozesse, Weiterentwicklung einer globalen Einkaufsorganisation, Training und Support von Procurement Operatoren und Commodity Buyern
- SAP S/4 Expertise: Mitarbeit bei SAP-Rollouts und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT und Global Process Ownern
- Prozessverantwortung: Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation von Prozessen – vom Ist- zum Soll-Zustand – mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP-Modul MM/IM
- Testing: Erstellung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Template-Prozessen, Change Requests sowie bei SAP S/4 Rollouts
- Training: Wissensweitergabe an lokale Teams durch Schulungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Usern und Projektteams
- Implementierung: Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft vor Produktivstarts, Begleitung der Hypercare-Phase und Unterstützung bei internationalen Rollouts
- Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Teams wie Sales, Produktion und IT – sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch in strategischen Projekten.
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf – idealerweise in einem internationalen, produzierenden Umfeld.
- SAP-Kenntnisse: Tiefgehendes Wissen in SAP MM/IM sowie angrenzenden Modulen (z. B. SD, CS, PP), idealerweise als Key User oder Prozessexperte
- Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (ACEMEA-Region)
- Fachliche Stärken: Lieferantenmanagement; P2P-Prozesse, Prozess – und Projektmanagement; sehr gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse
- Arbeitsweise: Analytisch, strukturiert und umsetzungsstark – mit Hands-on-Mentalität und einem klaren Verständnis für Projekt- und Change-Management
