KG You support our team as GLOBAL PROCESS OWNER PROCUREMENT (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Procurement: Support and communication of central purchasing processes; further development of a global procurement organization; training and support for Procurement Operators and Commodity Buyers - SAP S/4 Expertise: Active participation in SAP rollouts and continuous improvements in close collaboration with IT and other Global Process Owners - Process Ownership: Further development and documentation of processes - from “as-is” to “to-be” - with a strong focus on the SAP MM/IM module - Testing: Creation, execution, and documentation of template processes, change requests, and SAP S/4 rollout activities - Training: Knowledge transfer to local teams through training sessions and close cooperation with key users and project teams - Implementation: Ensure system readiness prior to go-live, support during the hypercare phase, and provide guidance during international rollouts - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Production, and IT - both in day-to-day operations and in strategic projects**Qualifications**: - Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Procurement or Supply Chain Management - Professional Experience: Several years of experience in Procurement - ideally in an international, manufacturing environment - SAP Knowledge: In-depth expertise in SAP MM/IM and related modules (e.g. SD, CS, PP), ideally gained as a key user or process expert - Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken - Travel: Willingness to travel within the ACEMEA region - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of supplier management, P2P processes, process and project management, as well as excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills - Working Style: Analytical, structured, and hands-on - with a solid understanding of project and change management The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
