As a SAP IAM / GRC Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP security and compliance solutions. You will collaborate closely with IT security teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency, compliance, and efficiency across the SAP landscape.

The following tasks await you:

• End-to-End Project Support:
  
  You support IAM and GRC projects from conception to go-live—analyzing security requirements, designing authorization concepts, and implementing SAP Identity & Access Governance solutions (GRC, IAG). You coordinate testing, documentation, and stakeholder alignment in an agile and collaborative environment.
• Security Design & Integration:
  
  You design and implement SAP authorization concepts in S/4HANA and classic SAP systems, ensuring consistent integration of Fiori app security into enterprise authorization strategies. You implement and integrate SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS, IPS), connecting SAP landscapes with external identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Compliance, Audit & Risk Management:
  
  You conduct audit preparations, SoD analyses, and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to corporate compliance and regulatory requirements. You contribute to governance and risk mitigation frameworks and support continuous improvement in security process
• Advisory & Innovation:
  
  You advise clients on best practices for SAP security optimization, IAM governance, and compliance strategies. You assess and evaluate innovative IAM technologies such as Xiting, Pathlock, or SailPoint, integrating them into holistic security architectures that deliver measurable business value.

In order to be prepared for your path as SAP IAM/GRC Consultant Expert, you have the following qualifications in your luggage:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 4-6 years of experience in consulting, implementing, or supporting SAP IAM, GRC, or authorization solutions within enterprise environments.
• Passion for designing secure and compliant SAP system landscapes, with a focus on Identity & Access Governance, authorization management, and compliance frameworks. Certifications in SAP Security, GRC, or cloud identity platforms are a plus; Agile or Scrum experience is desirable.
• Expertise with SAP Access Control (AC), SAP IAG, and SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS, IPS), and hands-on experience integrating with Entra ID (Azure AD) or comparable Identity Providers (IdPs). Familiarity with authorization management (roles, profiles, S/4HANA authorizations, Fiori apps) and solid ABAP skills for troubleshooting and analysis in security environments.
• Your way of working is analytical, structured, and collaborative, characterized by attention to detail, a consulting mindset, and strong communication skills. You coordinate effectively across teams and translate complex compliance and security requirements into actionable IAM solutions.
