thyssenkrupp Uhde Fertilizer Technology GmbH (UFT) sells licenses, know-how and proprietary equipment (including spare parts) for the manufacture of urea granules, the world's most widely used nitrogen fertilizer. With a market share of approx. 75%, the thyssenkrupp UFT process is the world's most widely used process for producing urea granules.

• Setup and organize a process database of operating data received from customers and make such data easily accessible to process engineers.
• Developing digital products like training simulator and data-based AI process controller in cooperation with internal and external IT partners.
• Be intermediary between process know-how and IT know-how during the development of digital products for licensees of UFT.
• Implement digital products of UFT like trainings simulator and data-based AI process controller at customer sites.
• Collect feedback from customers and translate this feedback into the next level of digital product development.
• Coordinating application of digital products like online process monitoring and operator guidance that deliver value to our customers and support business goals.
• Building and protecting digital know-how by staying up to date with new technologies and implementing best practices to secure knowledge.
• Collaboration with internal and external IT partners to ensure the seamless integration of digital products for our customers.
• Monitoring product performance and continuously improve digital products based on user feedback and analytics.
• Translating customer needs into digital solutions in close cooperation with cross-functional teams.

• Master's degree in data science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Ideally, practical experience in data science and big data processing gained in an internship or a working student job.
• Strong sense for customer orientation and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to go on business trips occasionally.
• Fluent language skills in English and German.
