​​​​​Wir bieten einem erfahrenen Interim Head of HR (all genders) ein spannendes Mandat bei einem wachstumsstarken Unternehmen in der digitalen Fertigungsbranche in Berlin. Mit aktuell rund 50 Mitarbeitenden befindet sich unser Kunde in einer entscheidenden Skalierungsphase. In dieser Rolle baust Du die notwendigen Prozesse und Strukturen für nachhaltiges Wachstum auf, gestaltest aktiv die Organisations- und Kulturentwicklung und bist Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsführung.

Aufgaben und Anforderungen

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und -Strukturen zur Unterstützung der SkalierungStrategische und operative Verantwortung für alle HR-Themen (Recruiting, Onboarding, Entwicklung, Retention)Beratung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der GeschäftsleitungGestaltung und Umsetzung von Change- und KulturinitiativenSicherstellung der arbeitsrechtlichen Compliance und Weiterentwicklung von PoliciesEntwicklung und Einführung von Instrumenten zur Mitarbeiterbindung und -entwicklung
