Are you a highly organized and hands-on person who enjoys creating structure and a welcoming environment? Then we're looking for you As our new Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Erfurt office runs smoothly and provide essential support for events, equipment, and onboarding processes. This role combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration in Erfurt, ideally suiting candidates based in the surrounding areas.

YOUR MISSION

  • Handle office operations and take care of all incoming and outgoing physical mail in our Erfurt office

  • Support the organization of team-wide events such as company retreats, department and squad days

  • Manage the ordering and distribution of hardware and welcome packages for new team members

  • Support marketing efforts by organizing and shipping branded merchandise and marketing packages

  • Be the go-to person for everyday office needs and help cultivate a great employee experience on site in Erfurt

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently studying (e.g., business administration, communications or a related field), or bring relevant experience from previous positions

  • Structured and independent way of working, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

  • Fluency in English and German, coupled with excellent written communication

  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude

  • Reliable team player excited to contribute to a meaningful mission

  • You are available for approximately 16–20 hours per week. If you're a working student, you are open to working up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks.

  • Based in or around Erfurt with the flexibility to work from the office several days per week
