Gemeinsam mit dem CEO eines SaaS-Start-ups bin ich auf der Suche nach Dir als COO und Co-Founder (m/w/d). Mit Innovationskraft und Ideenreichtum hat unser Partner eine digitale Plattform für Gastronomen geschaffen, die Restaurants hilft, Kosten zu senken und ihre Freiheit bzw. Kontrolle über Bestellungen und Kundenbeziehungen zurückzugewinnen.

In Deiner Rolle als COO bist Du Teil der Geschäftsführung und übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Produkt, Technologie und Delivery. Du entwickelst die IT-Strategie weiter, gestaltest die technologische Skalierung und formst eine produktorientierte, datengetriebene Organisation, die auf Effizienz, Qualität und Nutzerzentrierung ausgerichtet ist.

Aufgaben

Let's get started

  • Du führst und entwickelst das (Inhouse) Team (15+ Mitarbeitende) und stellst sicher, dass Product, Tech und Business effizient, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert zusammenarbeiten
  • Mit unternehmerischem Blick begleitest Du die Entwicklung neuer Produkt-Features, sortierst das Tagesgeschäft mit mit verbindlichen Standards neu und führst KPIs und OKRs ein um Performance mess- und sichtbar zu machen
  • Du entwickelst die Unternehmensstrategie und designst die zugrundeliegende Roadmap inkl. Produktskalierung und der Evaluierung neuer Trends hinsichtlich Nutzwert und ROI
  • Du hast einen ganzheitlichen, wirtschaftlichen Blick für IT Operations, Development, Produkt und Purpose, die geschäftliche Strategie sowie die den Markt und Eure Kund:innen; das alles gemeinsam mit Deinem Team voranzubringen, treibt Dich jeden Tag an
Qualifikation

Das bist Du

  • Dein Herz schlägt für Tech-Produkte im SaaS-Umfeld, hier hast Du auch schon Erfahrung als COO/CTO/CPO oder vergleichbar sammeln können
  • Du hast schon einmal selbst gegründet oder warst schon einmal Teiles eines Start-ups von Beginn an? Das ist ein großes Plus
  • Die Führung und Entwicklung von Tech-Teams macht Dir Freude, bei Tech und Operations kannst Du "mitreden", coachen, motivieren und auch challengen
  • Du trägst gern Verantwortung, stellst auch mal kritische Fragen, kannst und willst mitgestalten, hast Ideen, die uns und unsere Produkte voranbringen, scheust Dich aber auch nicht davor, Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Englisch und Deutsch sind für Dich Tagesgeschäft
