Coffee cherries husks (cascara) are one of nature's best-kept secrets: a superfruit packed with a combination of natural compounds that lifts you up without compromising your health or stealing your sleep. With Kaska we're on a mission to redefine energy drinks.

Clean, flavorful, planet-positive. By upcycling cascara from coffee farms, we're creating the afternoon energy alternative people have been waiting for—while supporting farmers at origin and building a truly sustainable supply chain.

Join as co-owner and help grow a vibrant beverage brand at the intersection of health, sustainability, and modern lifestyle. You'll actively lead in operations, sales, marketing, and beyond, shaping Kaska's future in product innovation and brand storytelling.

**What You'll Do –

• Business Operations & Administration
  Lead- the business infrastructure, including legal, compliance, financial management, and administrative coordination. Estab
• lish systems for reporting and performance tracking.

Funding & Growth Strategy

• Identify, pursue, and secure funding opportunities for sustainable scale-up.
• Develop investor relations and pitch materials.
• Actively contribute to strategic planning for long-term growth success.

Product Innovation & Development

• Collaborate with your co-founders on new product ideas, packaging, and improvements aligned with market trends and sustainability goals.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team environment.
• Share responsibilities and decision-making alongside co-founders.
• And hopefully soon, support recruiting a team of like-minded people, experts in the fields that are crucial for different stages of our journey.

What We're Looking For

• Experience or passion for consumer brands, food & beverages, wellness, or sustainability.
• A willingness and ability to invest capital to support scalable and sustainable growth.
• Practical skills in operations, marketing, finance, or funding (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Energetic, creative team player who values collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to inspire and be inspired.
