Are you passionate about turning raw data into real impact? Do
you thrive in fast-paced, international environments where your
ideas shape the future? We're looking for
a Procurement Analytics Lead to join our
Procurement Excellence team and help us transform how we use data
across Europe.

We're at the beginning of our journey. You'll shape how
Procurement data is structured, trusted, and used. From unlocking
spend visibility to steering performance, your work will have
direct impact. This is a chance to combine big-company
exposure with scale-up
freedom—where your ideas matter, and speed counts.

• Build and own the Procurement data architecture for our EU
  region, connecting ERP systems (SAP R3, S/4Hana, Oracle Fusion)
  with our Data Lake.
• Create trustworthy data structures, reports, KPIs, and
  dashboards that drive smarter decisions.
• Spot trends, run difference analyses, and translate complex
  data into clear, actionable insights.
• Lead initiatives on data quality, cleansing, and internal
  controls.
• Explore and implement AI and innovative tools to push our data
  analytics forward.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, HR, and business units
  across Europe to connect data streams and improve processes.

• You're sharp, proactive, and love making sense of complexity.
  You bring people together, build trust, and turn challenges into
  opportunities. Most importantly—you know how to use data not just
  to inform, but to inspire action
• 5–7 years' experience in data analytics (Procurement or related
  fields)
• Strong background in data management, structures, and
  optimization
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion) and ideally
  PowerBI
• A natural communicator who can explain data to non-data
  colleagues
• Curious, confident, and collaborative—you ask the right
  questions and spot what others miss
• Fluent in English, at least C1 level (other European languages
  are a plus)
• Willingness to travel across Europe
