Our Client:
On behalf of our client, a global leader in innovative medical devices, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to cover the Northwest Germany region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing sales team and contribute to the continued success of a portfolio of market-leading urology and respiratory devices.
Job Description:
The role focuses on driving sales growth by developing and executing strategies to meet revenue targets, while building strong and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a capital equipment sales cycle, deliver product demonstrations in the operating room, and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver training in clinical environments (including the OR)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years sales experience within the medical device industry, ideally with capital equipment and OR-based products
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in the field
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Fluency in German and proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Benefits:
Base salary up to €80,000
€35,000 uncapped OTE (paid monthly)
€900/month car allowance
