We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Director
to lead our
growth in the German market
. Reporting directly to our
International Sales Director in Italy
, you will drive business development, build strong customer relationships, and lay the foundations for a future commercial team in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand our presence across Germany, focusing primarily on the
PV / Solar energy sector
. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with international teams to align market strategies and objectives.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of proven sales or business development experience within the
PV / Solar industry
in Germany. - Solid network of contacts in the renewable energy sector.
- Fluent in
German and English
. - Based in Germany with willingness to travel to clients across the country.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously and grow a market from the ground up.

International Sales Director in Italien
übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den deutschen Markt, entwickeln neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Vertriebsstrategie zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition in Deutschland – mit Schwerpunkt auf dem
PV- / Solarenergiesektor
. - Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden und Partnern.
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Kundenterminen und Branchenveranstaltungen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams zur Abstimmung der Marktziele.
Ihr Profil
- 5–10 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung im
Vertrieb oder Business Development
innerhalb der
Photovoltaik- / Solarbranche
in Deutschland. - Gutes Netzwerk in der Erneuerbare-Energien-Branche.
- Fließend in
Deutsch und Englisch
. - Wohnsitz in Deutschland, Reisebereitschaft im gesamten Bundesgebiet.
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, einen neuen Markt aktiv aufzubauen.
