We're looking for a motivated (Senior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team and drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. 

In your day-to-day work, you'll spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Your strategic vision, leadership, and data-driven mindset will be essential in aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectives. The Marketing team is a dynamic group that thrives on creativity, strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.

• Design, implement, and continuously optimize a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our commercial and brand goals
• Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, paid media, social, SEO/SEM, email, and more
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance-focused marketing tactics
• Define and reinforce brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
• Report on marketing performance, campaign KPIs, and funnel analytics, translating insights into actionable improvements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles
• Proven track record in creating and executing impactful multi-channel campaigns that drive results
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing technology, and performance analytics
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and present to leadership
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial focus
• Experience or strong interest in the defense or dual-use technology industry is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills with business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
