As our
Global Sales Support & Operations Manager (m/w/d)
, you act as the engine room of our global sales organization. You are the key enabler who ensures our Regional Sales Managers can sell efficiently—from standardized SMB deals to complex Enterprise cycles. You bridge the gap between product strategy and sales execution, ensuring our team is ready to sell quickly, consistently, and with confidence.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Product Enablement
Content Creation:
Design and maintain high-impact sales assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, pricing overviews, FAQs, playbooks).Success Stories:
Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify and document customer case studies that prove measurable outcomes.Proof Points:
Translate success stories into compelling sales arguments tailored for different markets and segments.Go-to-Market:
Support the rollout of new products and pricing models by ensuring the sales team has the right materials and training.CRM Ownership & Sales Operations (Pipedrive)
System Owner:
Own and optimize the global Pipedrive instance (pipelines, stages, fields, automations).Process Design:
Build scalable workflows for distinct sales motions:* _SMB:_ Highly automated & efficiency-driven.
* _Enterprise:_ High-touch, complex & long-cycle.
Data Integrity:
Ensure high adoption rates and consistent data quality across all global regions.Reporting & Forecasting
Dashboards:
Build and maintain global/regional views on pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity.Insights:
Provide reliable data foundations to support Sales Leadership in forecasting and strategic decision-making.Process Standardization & Onboarding
Global Standard:
Drive the standardization of sales processes while allowing for necessary local flexibility.Knowledge Base:
Maintain a central repository for sales processes to ensure transparency.Enablement:
Support the onboarding of new Sales Managers (tools & process focus) and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workload.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience:
Proven track record in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Revenue Operations (ideally in a Global or SaaS environment).Tech Stack:
Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (
Pipedrive
is a big plus).Mindset:
You are structured, analytical, and process-driven. You love translating complex requirements into simple, scalable solutions.Language:
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Bonus Points:
A second language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) and experience working with international teams.
