Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand data needs and help optimize processes through data-driven solutions.

Your primary tasks will include creating reports and visualizations, conducting exploratory data analysis, and identifying trends and patterns in large datasets. You will also support decision-making by translating complex data into clear and understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing large data sets to uncover meaningful insights and trends.
  • Developing reports and dashboards to visualize key data points.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Cleaning and transforming data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Supporting business teams with data-driven recommendations and forecasts.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of data models and performance metrics.
  • Conducting statistical analysis and providing insights to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge of data manipulation and statistical techniques.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new tools and technologies.
  • A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
