Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst
. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, creating reports and dashboards, and using statistical methods to analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in data. The Data Analyst will also be tasked with ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while contributing to the continuous improvement of data management and analysis processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    data analysis tools
    such as
    Excel
    ,
    SQL
    ,
    Python
    , or
    R
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis
    techniques and methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data modeling
  • Experience with
    data visualization tools
    (e.g.,
    Tableau
    ,
    Power BI
    ) to create clear and impactful reports and dashboards
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and uncover key trends and patterns
  • Experience with
    database management
    and data extraction from multiple sources, ensuring high data quality
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner
  • Familiarity with
    ETL processes
    and data integration tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mathematics
