Director Project Controlling (m/w/d)

IHR AUFGABENPROFIL

  • Sie übernehmen die zentrale, datengestützte Steuerung eines strategisch relevanten Entwicklungsprojekts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO
  • Sie stellen eine zuverlässige, transparente Projektsteuerungsbasis für das Executive Management bereit
  • Sie entwickeln Szenarien, Forecasts und Entscheidungsvorlagen auf Basis fundierter Analysen
  • Sie etablieren ein zentrales Dashboard für Kosten, Zeit, Qualität und technische Performance
  • Sie führen Tools zur Datenvisualisierung ein und überwachen kontinuierlich den Projekt-Health-Status
  • Sie gestalten eine einheitliche Governance-Struktur inklusive KPIs und Reportingstandards
  • Sie bereiten das wöchentliche Executive-Reporting vor, moderieren Statusmeetings und bereiten komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich auf

IHR QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, in Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Technik oder Projektmanagement
  • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte, idealerweise im technischen oder automobilen Umfeld
  • Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, Controlling und in der Risikoanalyse mit
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Forecasting, Szenario-Modellierung sowie KPI- und Datenanalysen
  • Sie arbeiten routiniert mit Reporting-, BI-, Controlling- und Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Sie überzeugen durch analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Sie sind kommunikations- und moderationsstark im Austausch mit Technik-, Finanz- und Managementbereichen
  • Sie arbeiten proaktiv, strukturiert, eigenständig und bringen ein hohes Maß an Integrität sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen mit
