Worum es geht:

Unsere Plattformlösung befindet sich aktuell in der MVP-Entwicklung mit klarem Fahrplan Richtung Markteintritt und Skalierung ab 2026.

Ziel ist ein integriertes System, das Matching, Assessments und unsere Eventformate (physisch & digital) nahtlos verbindet als Herzstück unseres hybriden Geschäftsmodells: Tech und persönliche Begegnung, datenbasiert und erlebnisorientiert.

Dafür suchen wir dich:
Eine:n CTO / Head of Product, der/die die technologische Verantwortung übernimmt von der Weiterentwicklung des MVP bis zum skalierbaren Produkt.
Nicht als klassische Führungskraft, sondern als Mit-Gesellschafter:in und Mitgestalter:in auf Augenhöhe.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Erfahrung in Produktentwicklung, MVP-Building, Plattformarchitektur

  • Verständnis für Frontend- / Backend-Kommunikation, API-Strukturen, skalierbare SaaS-Logik

  • Einen klaren Blick für UX, Funktionalität und Realisierbarkeit

  • Leidenschaft für Impact, Recruiting, Menschen & Veränderung

  • Lust auf Verantwortung, Prototypen, Fehler machen und draus lernen

  • Und vor allem: Gründermentalität. Nicht warten, machen

Deine Aufgaben (erst grob, dann immer größer):

  • Aufbau und Führung unseres Tech-Stacks, inkl. Auswahl externer Partner und Tools

  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für unser Produkt von Planung bis Go-Live

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Co-Foundern, Design, Sales und Event-Team

  • MVP-Fahrplan aufbauen, Roadmap definieren, Releases steuern

  • Community-Feedback integrieren und Nutzer:innen wirklich ernst nehmen

  • Mittelfristig: Tech-Team aufbauen, führen und Vision in Code und Struktur gießen
