Junior Project Manager

The applicant will be responsible for project management and logistics for our single cell sequencing services and products. The Project Manager role will be an essential member of the Singleron commercial team and acts as a trusted partner to bridge our customers and our service lab.

Tasks & Responsibilities:


•  Oversee individual customer projects to ensure they meet specified objectives and adhere to time constraints.


•  Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.


•  Ensure that project documentation is created, maintained, and organized in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations.


•  Establish and uphold document control procedures to guarantee accurate and accessible records.


•  Facilitate effective communication across project teams to ensure alignment and address potential obstacles promptly.


•  Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries and information dissemination.


•  Build and maintain excellent customer relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.


•  Provide timely support to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


•  Coordinate sample collection, sample shipment, sample logging, and documentation processes.


•  Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless sample logistics and accurate record-keeping.


•  Maintain the commercial inventory, including procurement, logging, and tracking of inventory items.


•  Support the management and finance department with inventory-related data for the preparation of invoices and financial reports.


•  Assist with the management of commercial inventory.


•  Ship products to worldwide customers and ensure timely and accurate delivery.


•  Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipment processes and minimize delays.


•  Establish effective teamwork within and across functions, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.


•  Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities.

Qualifications:


•  Bachelor, MTA in life science discipline required. M.S degree preferred


•  2-3 years hands-on experience in biochemistry or molecular biology laboratory, and/or bioinformatic experience is preferred.


•  project management or logistics related work experience is a plus


•  Experience in single cell sequencing or Next Generation Sequencing is a plus


•  Strong communication skills and coordination skills


•  Highly responsible and service-oriented mindset


•  Proficiency in English and German
