Your Role

As
Business Development Specialist – Life Science
, you will drive the growth of our biospecimen business by identifying, engaging, and converting new customers in both
human and veterinary pharma
.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads across Europe in the life science and pharma sectors
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Present the Lab4Paws PBMC product portfolio and communicate the scientific and logistical advantages
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in R&D, purchasing, and project management
  • Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and coordinate internally with logistics and operations
  • Represent Lab4Paws at scientific events and conferences (virtual and in-person)
  • Gather market feedback to refine our messaging and product positioning

What You Bring

  • Degree in
    life sciences
    ,
    biotechnology
    ,
    biomedicine
    , or a related field
  • Experience in
    sales/business development
    within the life science tools/preclinical CRO/drug discovery sector
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in
    English
    (C1+) –
    German
    or another EU language is a strong plus
  • Ability to understand scientific workflows and discuss them with researchers confidently
  • Self-driven, organized, and motivated to build something meaningful in a growing niche market
