Group Treasury Manager
(f/m/d)
.

The position will be based in Hamburg HafenCity and reports directly to the Head of Group Treasury.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational diversity: You will manage and monitor all cash management activities, take on tasks in foreign exchange management, and participate in the design and implementation of financing modules.
  • Strategic development: You will optimize existing processes and implement them responsibly. You will lead and drive transformation and digitization processes.
  • Cross functional Collaboration: You will be a competent contact person for related departments, subsidiaries, and banks worldwide. You will contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects.
  • Brand ambassador: You will further anchor treasury services and infrastructure in the global NKG world and strengthen our international network.

Your profile

  • Qualifications: You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or have comparable qualifications.
  • Background: You have experience in corporate treasury, preferably in an international environment.
  • It's international: Very good written and spoken English is a must.
  • Skills: You demonstrate strong process understanding, analytical skills, and technological expertise, particularly in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. You are proactive and effectively drive and support change initiatives.
  • Mobility: You are flexible enough to take occasional business trips (approx. 1 to 2 weeks per year).
