As a Commercial Product Manager, you will play a central role, together with your colleagues, in ensuring the go-to-market and commercial success of our website product segment (shared hosting, WordPress, site builder). You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and finance.

Tasks

  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to develop go-to-market, positioning, and messaging strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial product performance and market environment to continuously optimize.
  • Drive the implementation of go-to-market and commercial optimization strategies for all brands, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies to increase customer and revenue growth.
  • Create business cases (in collaboration with finance) and decision-making templates for management.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or training in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • A total of at least 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of experience in product management or similar commercial roles in a software/technology environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and are familiar with profit and loss statements, recurring revenues, and conversion rates.
  • You are passionate about and have expertise in the field of websites, e-commerce, and online marketing.
  • You are communicative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have a "can-do" attitude and are willing and able to thrive in an agile environment.
  • You have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as we operate internationally.
