Wir sind Codefy – ein erfolgreiches Technologie-Startup aus Heidelberg, das jüngst den Landespreis für junge Unternehmen in Baden-Württemberg gewonnen hat. In den letzten fünf Jahren haben wir eine einzigartige Softwarelösung mit KI-Assistenzfunktionen geschaffen, die der Justiz, Verwaltung und führenden Unternehmen in Deutschland hilft, große und komplexe Verfahren in einem Bruchteil der sonst benötigten Zeit und mit höherer Sicherheit zu erledigen.

Wir suchen ein engagiertes neues Teammitglied, das uns im Bereich DevOps in Vollzeit unterstützt. Idealerweise gelegentlich im Büro in Heidelberg, sonst auch remote aus Deutschland.

Aufgaben
  • Betrieb und Wartung von Kubernetes-Clustern in On-Prem- und Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Automatisierung von Deployments und Build-Prozessen mithilfe von CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Infrastruktur mit Ansible und Terraform
  • Nutzung von Monitoring- und Alerting-Tools zur Überwachung von Stabilität und Performance
  • Fehleranalyse bei Störungen und Serverausfällen
  • Technische Begleitung von Kundenprojekten, insbesondere On-Prem-Deployments
  • Betrieb von LLMs in eigener Infrastruktur
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, PO, Key Account und anderen Stakeholdern
Qualifikation
  • Mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich DevOps
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Container-Umgebungen (Docker sowie Kubernetes oder OpenShift)
  • Erfahrung mit Linux und Cloud-Umgebungen, mit CI/CD-Pipelines, mit Helm und mit Betrieb und Wartung von komplexen IT-Systemen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Ansible und Terraform, Shell-Scripten, Monitoring- und Logging-Tools und in der Software-Entwicklung (Rust, Python, React)
  • Idealerweise Interesse an MLOps-Themen
