Our platform combines software, financing, and energy management into a single operating system for the renewable energy industry. It enables installers to optimize their daily operations and offer customers personalized proposals with integrated financing. Through this, we help households and businesses adopt solar systems, battery storage, EV charging, and heat pumps, making them more independent from external energy sources.
Cloover is a European technology company in a high-growth scale-up phase. We are a leading platform in our market, trusted by hundreds of installers, with strong revenues and long-term capital in place. With a proven foundation in Germany and active operations across several European markets, we are now focused on scaling our product and expanding further across Europe.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help build the next phase of Cloover's product as we scale to new customers, markets, and use cases.

Your mission

Strategy
Together with the CPO, you will play a key role in shaping our product vision and strategy. You will align customer needs with the requirements of our internal systems and create a product roadmap that advances our customers while strengthening our credit processes.

User & Market Research
You will generate qualitative and quantitative insights through user interviews, product analytics, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and internal tool requirements. You will build trusted relationships with installers to deeply understand their challenges and develop holistic solutions. At the same time, you will monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to derive concrete recommendations for our product.

Internal Tools Development
You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, and Engineering teams to understand their workflows. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing internal tools that support core credit processes such as credit checks, KYC, and invoicing. Your focus will be on efficiency and scalability to support our growth.

Cross-Team Leadership
You will act as the bridge between Engineering, Finance, Commercial, and Design teams. You will define clear product requirements, prioritize cross-functional initiatives, and support their execution. In addition, you will train the Commercial team on new features to maximize their effectiveness.

Product Definition & Design
You will lead the full design process—from ideation to delivery. This includes creating wireframes and prototypes, either independently or in close collaboration with designers and stakeholders.

Your profile

This is a dynamic role combining strategy, user research, project management, and hands-on product design. The position spans both customer-facing features and the development and optimization of internal tools supporting credit operations exceeding €100 million.
As a central link between our customers and the tech team, you will work closely with the CPO to drive the evolution of the platform and help achieve product–market fit.
We value high ownership, fast execution, and low-ego collaboration. We work on-site in Berlin five days a week and stay closely connected to our users, partners, and internal teams. This role is not a good fit if you're looking for strict 9–5 boundaries, highly siloed work, or a purely coordination-focused PM role without deep involvement in product decisions and delivery.
German language proficiency is a strong plus, as the role involves close collaboration with customers and stakeholders in German-speaking markets.
