Unser Kunde bietet Dealer-Management-Systeme an, die auf die effektive Abwicklung aller betrieblichen Prozesse im Pkw-, Nutzfahrzeug- und Caravan-Geschäft zugeschnitten sind. Dazu gehören der Kundenservice, die Lagerabwicklung und der Automobilverkauf über ein einfaches Online-Kommunikationstool.

Die Rolle:

Als Produktmanager / Fachkraft für Design & Qualität (D&Q) in der Softwareentwicklung besteht deine Hauptaufgabe darin, die Geschäftsprozesse und die Qualität unserer Softwareprodukte sicherzustellen. Außerdem unterstützt du die anderen Teams bei komplexen Aufgaben und Großprojekten.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Erstellung von Entwicklungsspezifikationen aus Geschäftsanforderungen

• Verantwortlich für das Design und die Implementierung von Funktionen und Prozessen für unser SoftwareproduktZusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam, um sicherzustellen, dass die Spezifikationen in den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess integriert werden

• Durchführung von Tests und Analysen zur Qualitätssicherung und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen

• Überwachung und Bewertung der Qualität des Softwareprodukts. Durch manuelles Testen und den Einsatz automatisierter Prüfwerkzeuge

• Identifizieren Sie Qualitätsprobleme, verfolgen Sie Fehler und koordinieren Sie die Fehlerbehebung mit dem Entwicklungsteam

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams wie Entwicklung, Beratung und Vertrieb

• Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Entwicklungsprozessen und -methoden in Bezug auf Design und Qualität

• Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Key Accounts und Partnern

Über Sie:

• Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder vergleichbare Tätigkeit, vorzugsweise im administrativen oder IT-Bereich eines Autohauses

• Fähigkeit, sich mit einem komplexen Softwareprodukt vertraut zu machen

• Wünschenswert~ Datenbankerfahrung (MS-SQL)

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu erkennen und Lösungen zu entwickeln

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um Geschäftsrichtlinien zu vermitteln und Feedback anzunehmen

• Gute Teamfähigkeit

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Gesetzlich berechtigt, in Deutschland zu arbeiten

About Company
The company provides dealer management systems addressing the need to effectively handle all operational processes in the car, commercial vehicle and caravan business. This includes customer service, warehouse processing and automotive sales using a simple online communication tool.

The Role

As a Product Manager / Design & Quality (D&Q) specialist in software development, your main tasks will be to ensure the business processes and the quality of our software products. You will also support the other teams with complex tasks and major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of development specifications from business requirements

• Responsible for the design and implementation of functions and processes for our software product 

• Working with the development team to ensure that specifications are integrated into the entire development process

• Conducting tests and analyses for quality assurance and identifying potential for improvement

• Monitoring and evaluation of the quality of the software product. Manual testing and the use of automated testing tools

• Identify quality issues, track bugs, and coordinate troubleshooting with the development team

• Close cooperation with other teams such as development, consulting and sales

• Active participation in the continuous improvement of development processes and methods with regard to design and quality

• Support in the support of key accounts and partners

About You:

• Studying or training in the field of business administration, computer science or comparable activity, preferably in the administrative or IT area of a car dealership

• Ability to familiarize yourself with a complex software product

• Desirable~ Database experience (MS-SQL)

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey business guidelines and accept feedback

• Good ability to work in a team

• Fluent in German and English

• Legally authorised to work in Germany
