As a
*Product Analyst (m/f/d)*
at FORMEL SKIN, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products. Your main focus will be on analyzing user behavior, product performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Using your strong analytical skills, you will provide actionable insights that will directly influence product decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Product Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key product metrics, identify trends, and develop reports to inform strategic decisions.
• User Behavior Insights: Conduct deep dives into user behavior data to uncover patterns and opportunities for product improvements.
• Data-Driven Recommendations: Work closely with Product Managers to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• A/B Testing and Experimentation: Support the setup and evaluation of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure data consistency and support cross-team initiatives.
• Promote data-informed decision-making: Design self-service tools and consult the stakeholders on the best data analysis approach.

What You Need To Shine

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a product-driven environment. Working for startups is a plus.
• Strong skills in SQL & Python and experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies & ML Modelling and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
