Quality Specialist (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Wareneingang: Prüfung eingehender Bauteile und Materialien auf Vollständigkeit, Richtigkeit und Qualität sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Interne Qualitätssicherung: Freigabe der Bauteile für die Fertigung, Pflege der zugehörigen Unterlagen, Überwachung der Prozessdokumentation und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Reklamations- und Lieferantenmanagement: Organisation und Auswertung von Fehlermeldungen sowie Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits und Mitarbeit in Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Warenausgang & Versand: Endkontrolle der fertigen Produkte, Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, und Versandpapieren , ordnungsgemäße Verpackung und Übergabe an Logistikdienstleister sowie Terminüberwachung
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Projektmanagement sowie Administration und Geschäftsleitung zusammen und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Qualitäts- und Lieferstandards weiterzuentwickeln.
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Fertigung, Qualitätssicherung oder Versand
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in Zerspanungsprozessen, mechanischer Fertigung, Ultrapräzisionsbearbeitung und DIN ISO Grundkenntnisse) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln; Erfahrung mit optischen Komponenten ist von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS 365
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
