Zur Unterstützung eines unserer Kunden aus der Luft-, Raumfahrt- und Verteidigungsindustrie suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Software Configurations Manager (m/w/x) für eine Festanstellung bei K-tronik. Sind Sie interessiert? Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung

Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung einer robusten Infrastruktur für das Softwarekonfigurationsmanagement in Übereinstimmung mit den DO-178C-Richtlinien
  • Auswahl, Installation und Konfiguration von CM-Tools und -Systemen, um eine nahtlose Integration in bestehende Entwicklungsumgebungen zu gewährleisten
  • Einrichtung von Versionskontrollsystemen, Build-Systemen und Artefakt-Repositories zur effektiven Verwaltung von Softwarekonfigurationselementen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Definition und Pflege von Konfigurations-Baselines, um die Rückverfolgbarkeit und Integrität aller Softwareprodukte sicherzustellen
  • Verantwortlich für den Prozess der Problemberichterstattung und der Änderungsanfragen, um die effektive Verfolgung und Lösung von Softwareproblemen zu erleichtern
  • Organisation von Änderungskontrollgremien (Change Control Boards, CCB) zur Bewertung und Genehmigung von Änderungsanträgen, um sicherzustellen, dass Änderungen vor der Implementierung systematisch geprüft und genehmigt werden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklungs-, Test- und Qualitätssicherungs-Teams, um einen reibungslosen Softwarelieferprozess zu gewährleisten
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams in Bezug auf CM-Tools, -Prozesse und bewährte Verfahren
Qualifikationen:
  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik, Softwaretechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Softwarekonfigurationsmanagement in der Luft- und Raumfahrt- und Verteidigungsindustrie
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Implementierung und Verwaltung einer DO-178C-konformen Infrastruktur für das Softwarekonfigurationsmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit Versionskontrollsystemen (Git, SVN), Build-Systemen (Jenkins, Bamboo) und CM-Tools (IBM Rational, Jira)
  • Eingehende Kenntnisse der DO-178C-Richtlinien und -Anforderungen, insbesondere im Bereich Softwarekonfiguration und Änderungsmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Methoden des Softwareentwicklungslebenszyklus (SDLC)
  • Vertrautheit mit agilen oder Scrum-Entwicklungsumgebungen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für den Umgang mit allen Ebenen innerhalb einer Organisation. Briefing an die C-Suite bzw. Zusammenarbeit mit ihr kann erwartet werden
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, kritisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Neugier, innovative Technologien und Arbeitsweisen kennenzulernen
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld selbständig zu arbeiten
