Deine Aufgaben

  • 50 % Deiner Zeit widmest Du dem Hunting von Neukunden
  • 50 % Deiner Zeit widmest Du der Begleitung von Beratungsprojekten in den ersten Monaten
  • Die selbständige Umsetzung erster Beratungsprojekte im Loyalty Umfeld ist für Dich eine spannende Herausforderung
  • Ein aktives Netzwerk zu haben, zu pflegen und ständig zu erweitern ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du erkennst Vertriebschancen in der DACH Region und bist aktiv, diese zu ergreifen
  • Du entwickelst Konzepte, Präsentationen und Angebote
  • Du bist stark im Storytelling
  • Du nimmst an Ausschreibungen und Pitches teil
  • Du steuerst Accounts und Projektteams
  • Du hast Spaß bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops mit Neukunden
  • Marktbeobachtung sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen ist für Dich Teil Deines Jobs

Dein Profil

  • Du siehst Dich im Sales ebenso wie in der Beratung
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in den Kompetenzfeldern Kundenbindung, CRM, Data Analytics oder Kampagnenmanagement mit
  • Du hast idealerweise ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Entscheidern im B2C Massengeschäft
  • Du bist wissbegierig und hast Hunger auf Neues
  • Du arbeitest gern bereichsübergreifend in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Du bist umsetzungsstark und hast eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Dein Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen ist sicher und überzeugend
  • Du bringst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (wenig) mit
