Hobson Prior is seeking a Solution Architect CRM to join a global IT team within the Med Tech/Devices industry. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage a global CRM platform, ensuring it is scalable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated with other enterprise systems. You will also support daily operations, enable commercial reporting, and drive adoption of CRM capabilities across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a robust and scalable global CRM system.
  • Oversee the entire CRM lifecycle, including gathering requirements, configuring the system, deploying updates, and monitoring performance.
  • Manage daily CRM operations, ensuring system stability, data quality, and user administration.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to align CRM functionalities with business needs and promote user adoption.
  • Integrate CRM with business intelligence tools to create dashboards and insights for tracking sales and customer engagement.
  • Continuously improve CRM processes by leveraging new features and analytics to enhance business effectiveness.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or IQVIA OCE, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, APIs, and change management processes.
  • Experience managing CRM deployments across multiple countries.
  • Ability to integrate CRM with BI tools like Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications, experience in the Life Sciences/Med Tech/Pharma industries, and advanced analytics expertise.
  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
