Freiberuflicher 2nd Party Auditor (m/w/d) Food- & Packaging-Industry

YOUR MISSION:

  • Durchführung von internen und externen Audits bei Lieferanten, Produktionsstätten und Dienstleistern
  • Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards nach ISO 9001, HACCP und anderen branchenspezifischen Anforderungen
  • Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Erstellung von detaillierten Auditberichten
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Lebensmitteltechnologen, Qualitätsmanager oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ernährungs- und Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Lebensmittelchemie,
  • Lebensmittelmikrobiologie, Agrarwissenschaften, etc.)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lebensmittelherstellung oder -verarbeitung/ Lebensmittelindustrie im Qualitätsbereich oder im Zusammenhang mit der Lebensmittelsicherheit (z. B. in der Produktion)
  • IRCA-zertifizierte Ausbildung zum Auditor (ISO 9001) und Abschluss eines HACCP-Kurses
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Lebensmittelsicherheit und Hygienevorschriften
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Mobilität innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
