What you'll do

  • Be the Face of Our Company: Provide exceptional technical support to our industrial customers and partners. This includes remote support for our global customers (e.g., US, Japan, Korea) and on-site support for our partners across Europe.

  • Hands-On Troubleshooting: Become an expert on our robots. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely and in the field.

  • Manage Incoming Requests: Skillfully handle incoming support tickets, triaging issues, prioritizing tasks, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate software and hardware engineers.

  • Robot Configuration & Maintenance: Perform critical software and configuration tasks, including robot calibration, software flashing, system updates, and post-repair testing.

  • Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with the engineering team to identify recurring issues, document bugs, and contribute to our knowledge base to help improve our products and support processes.

  • Travel: Be prepared for travel to customer sites within Europe to provide hands-on support and repairs.

  • Test: Test software and hardware releases as well as contribute to and document test plans & outcomes. 



What you bring
  • Customer-Focused: You have a genuine passion for helping customers and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can explain complex technical issues in a clear and friendly manner.

  • A Technical Problem-Solver: You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy diving deep to find the root cause of a problem. You're comfortable with both hardware and software.

  • Technically Proficient: You are familiar with the Linux terminal and comfortable using SSH to access remote systems for diagnostics and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Python, Docker, and Git is highly desirable.

  • Ambitious and Eager to Learn: You are highly motivated, proactive, and constantly looking for opportunities to learn and grow. You have a keen interest in robotics and a desire to build your software skills.

  • Organized and Independent: You can manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to Travel: You are able and willing to travel throughout Europe as needed. Drivers license needed.

Bonus Points
  • Experience in a technical support, field engineering, or application support role, particularly with industrial customers.

  • Experience with robotics hardware or software (e.g., ROS, C++).

  • Knowledge of connectivity and networking principles.

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
