About Again

We partner with industry leaders to build on, and upgrade, their existing infrastructure with our fermentation technology platform, turning CO₂ waste into critical products. We have raised over $100m to date from top venture capital investors as well as in grant funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 programme. We are a growing team of experienced scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs from the DTU, Stanford, MIT (and more) who are passionate about revolutionizing the chemical industry. 

What you'll do

As a Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with our leadership team to support the growth of our commercial CO₂-to-chemicals business. You'll get hands-on responsibility across culture, communications, investor work, legal ops, and strategic projects – owning small things that matter and big things that move the company forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with fundraising workflows: investor CRM, meeting prep, data room upkeep, pitch materials, and updates.

  • Support internal comms (all-hands, announcements) and external channels (LinkedIn, updates, website).

  • Coordinate legal and admin tasks: NDAs, ESOP tracking support, document organization.

  • Jump into high-impact projects with the CEO/Chief of Staff.

  • Support the commercial team with market research and customer deep-dives.

About you:

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.

  • A clear writer and confident communicator.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning tasks independently in a fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Available to work an on-site internship at our office in Berlin for minimum 4 months
