Deine Rolle:

  • Du gestaltest aktiv die finanzielle Steuerung des Unternehmens, indem du Finanzplanung, Forecasts und Reporting verantwortest.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Abteilungen analysierst du die wichtigsten Performance-Treiber und unterstützt auf Basis fundierter Daten strategische Entscheidungen.
  • Du bist federführend beim Monatsabschluss und bei der Erstellung von Budget- und Forecast-Dokumenten beteiligt.
  • Darüber hinaus beobachtest du Markt-, Branchen- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und leitest daraus relevante Handlungsempfehlungen für die Unternehmenssteuerung ab.
  • Du erstellst Berichte, Präsentationen und Analysen für das Management sowie Investoren.
  • Zudem wirkst du bei strategischen Projekten und Ad-hoc-Initiativen mit, um Unternehmensziele voranzutreiben.

Dein Profil:

  • Du bringst 8-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Financial Planning & Analysis mit, einschließlich Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Umsatzverantwortung, der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und Business Cases.
  • Komplexe Analysen kannst du klar und verständlich an unterschiedliche Stakeholder kommunizieren - Business Partnering ist für dich gelebte Praxis.
  • Du arbeitest routiniert mit Excel/Google Sheets, Datenanalyse-Tools wie Tableau oder Looker und hast Erfahrung mit SAP HANA (nicht verpflichtend).
  • Englisch beherrschst du verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich rundet dein Profil ab.
