FP&A and Performance Controller

Location: Berlin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage consolidation and standard reporting processes, delivering high-quality outputs for top management decisions.
  • Coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders across facilities, regions, and central teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth collaboration.
  • Support performance reviews by preparing content and analysing deviations to identify root causes of unexpected trends.
  • Serve as a key contact for reporting inquiries, ensuring consistent communication and effective support.
  • Lead the transformation of reporting processes through standardisation and automation in partnership with data teams.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with the drive to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and lead change.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and group accounting, ideally with experience managing complex multi-entity structures.
  • Proven ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Sharp sense for process optimisation and automation, paired with the initiative to deliver improvements.
  • Skill in navigating complex stakeholder environments and fostering alignment across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (Spanish a plus).
  • Advanced MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP expertise for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and basic programming (e.g., Python) is a plus.
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration (Controlling/Finance), Business Informatics, or a related field.
