Digital Content Editor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Editor to join our creative and marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for editing short-form video ads for Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook) that promote our music brands and releases. You will also work closely with our Label & Operations team on artwork for new music releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and optimize short-form ad creative for Instagram and Facebook heavily leveraging AI tools
  • Adapt creative assets into compelling ad formats
  • Ensure all ads meet platform requirements and best practices
  • Test variations and iterate quickly based on performance data
Social Media Content Management:
  • Create and schedule posts across social channels using templates and brand kits
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and copy
  • Support in developing content calendars for our music brands
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Assist with light copywriting for posts, captions, and campaigns
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or social media management
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut)
  • Strong sense of visual design and storytelling in short-form content
  • Experience with generative AI tools for video and image creation
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content formats and trends
  • Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive and independent, but collaborative in a small team environment
  • Eagerness to learn about paid media, marketing strategy, and brand building
