Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for you as an Supervisor (m/f/d/x). As a Supervisor (CS3), you act as the operational link between the Associates and the Area Manager. You support the shift leadership in coordinating daily activities across Logistics, Fulfilment, or Production, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. In this role, you are close to the process, actively communicate with the team, identify bottlenecks early, and help distribute tasks efficiently — always in close alignment with the Area Manager.

You will:

  • Support the Area Manager in executing the daily production or logistics plan.
  • Ensure smooth communication and information flow between Associates, other Supervisors, and management.
  • Monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in task coordination for Associates – while you do not have direct managerial authority, you ensure everyone knows what, when, and how tasks need to be completed.
  • Act as a trainer and mentor for new Associates, especially during their first weeks after onboarding, ensuring they understand processes, safety rules, and performance expectations.
  • Observe workflow progress and communicate deviations or issues to the Area Manager.
  • Use systems and tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Excel) to monitor and ensure stable process performance.
  • Conduct basic analyses and support root cause investigations in the event of process disruptions.
  • Assist in preparing shift handovers and provide regular updates and key information to the shift leadership.
  • Ensure that employees have the right tools, information, and resources to perform their work efficiently and safely.

You have:.

  • Initial work experience in logistics, fulfilment, production, or a comparable operational environment.
  • Understanding of logistical or production-related processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills – you act respectfully, solution-oriented, and as a positive role model within the team.
  • High sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and workplace organization.
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach, even under time pressure or changing priorities.
  • Confident use of digital tools and systems (e.g., GSuite).
  • Good command of German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and in varying temperature environments (e.g., chilled areas 0–4 °C).
