Your Role
Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for a Production Employee (f/m/d/x) at our Verden location starting around springtime 2026. You will be responsible for preparing and shipping our popular ready-to-eat meals.
Your Responsibilities
- Flexible work across various areas depending on need: Kitchen, Plating, Pick and Pack or Sipping/Receiving
- Ensuring product and food quality according to company standards
- Accurate weighing and portioning of meals
- Keeping your workstation and all equipment clean, sanitized, and disinfected
- Proper disposal or recycling of waste and packaging according to our guidelines and training
- Adhering to all occupational safety and hygiene regulations
- Taking on additional tasks as instructed by your supervisor
Your Profile
- Previous experience in food production is an advantage but not required
- A certificate according to § 43 of the German Infection Protection Act (IfSG) – formerly known as a health certificate – is desirable but not mandatory. If you don't have it, we'll organize and cover the costs
- Good verbal and written skills in German or English
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically able to work while standing and walking for most of your shift (up to 8 hours or more), including in changing temperature zones between 4°C and 26°C
- Capable of lifting products weighing up to 23 kg, and performing tasks that involve bending, twisting, and kneeling
- Able to work independently and in a team; reliable, punctual, and committed
- Careful and conscientious handling of food
- Strong quality awareness and a basic understanding of food quality characteristics, with attention to detail when inspecting products
