Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Drive and response foundry suppliers' Quality stability ( Cpk ) and improvements through statistical process control (SPC), 8D review , and define the continuous improvement plans (CIP).
  • Regularly review foundry Quality index and define continue improve actions. Co-work with internal team for establish key performance indicator that comprehensive measure factory Quality performance.
  • Investigation and perform problem solving for root cause investigation in MRB team. Dispose owner for the nonconforming product in supply chain.
  • Interface with Infineon Reliability and Quality team for reliability monitoring plan/execution.
  • Final gate keeper and released for foundry change review .
  • Participant supplier surveillance audit (VDA 6.3) and end customer audit.
  • Work with global cross function team and keep good interactive with IFX BU (Business Unit) team.
  • Co-ordinate the end-customer complain and return and lesson learn Fan-out ( Read-Across ) execution.
  • Monitor and join review with development and transfer team for the Quality performance from NPI project. And support product-based qualification activities and communication with Infineon individual BU ( Business Unit )

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor/Master of Science in Physics, Material, Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • 7+ years working experience as a Quality or Process Integration or Product Engineering and customer service engineering in front end wafer process or supplier chain management of foundries. Has Quality related management will be plus. Especially at automotive industry.
  • Strong systematic thinking, good attitude and advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and quality core tools ( SPC, FMEA, 6-sigma, 8D ) and strong problem-solving skills ( tool and method ).
  • Knowledge in functional area with deep knowledge in wafer manufacturing is needed.
  • Good language proficiency in English. (Native speaker, Advanced, Intermediate level is a plus), additional language skills are a plus.
  • An open and creative mind, which likes to work independently, is self-motivated and is eager to learn and grow .Positive attitude and passionate with a proactive nature. Proactive, detailed in figures & have Can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills with global cross functions, an excellent task coordinator skill is need. Team spirit to own your fair share of routine tasks. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Austin, TX Minimum of $ 112,200 per year and maximum of $ 154,300 per year
