Für eine führende Business-Software-Unit suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die ein internationales Entwicklungsteam leitet und skaliert. Die Softwareprodukte richten sich an Anwender, die nicht tief im IT-Umfeld verankert sind (z. B. Labore, Kanzleien, Handwerks- oder Dienstleistungsbetriebe). Entsprechend stehen Stabilität, Nutzerfreundlichkeit und Prozesssicherheit im Fokus.

Wenn du Freude daran hast, moderne Web- und Desktop-Anwendungen weiterzuentwickeln, agile Teams zu skalieren und technische Weichenstellungen zu verantworten, bist du hier genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Führung eines internationalen, cross-funktionalen Bereichs (Development, QA, DevOps, Scrum Master).
  • Aufbau, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teams sowie Definition von Recruiting-Standards.
  • Skalierung der agilen Arbeitsweise und Strukturierung in mehrere eigenständige Scrum Teams.
  • Verantwortung für Architektur, technische Konzeptentwicklung und Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft.
  • Umsetzung eines sicherheitskritischen Projekts (teilweise Entschlüsselung) inklusive technischer Realisierung und Verifikation.
  • Sicherstellen eines effizienten und stabilen Entwicklungs-, Test- und Release-Prozesses.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Infrastruktur und weiteren technischen Bereichen.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Software Engineering, idealerweise in cross-funktionalen oder agilen Teams.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Web- oder Desktop-Anwendungen – z. B. mit JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, HTML5/CSS/SASS, Java oder Go.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich DevOps, CI/CD und Cloud-Infrastrukturen (bevorzugt Azure oder AWS).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und deren Skalierung.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte klar zu strukturieren und entscheidungsreif aufzubereiten.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
