Indirect Purchasing Manager (
m/w/d)

Tätigkeit

  • Teamleitung für den indirekten Einkauf am Standort Mannheim
  • Entwicklung und Coaching der Einkäufer zur optimalen Beschaffung indirekter Materialien hinsichtlich Preises, Qualität und Lieferbedingungen
  • Rationalisierung und Vereinfachung der indirekten Lieferantenbasis und Einrichtung von Beschaffungsmatrizen für kritische Material- und Dienstleistungskategorien
  • Fachliche Beratung und Führung bei der Lieferantenauswahl für spezifische Anforderungen und Projekte – basierend auf einem etablierten Auswahlprozess
  • Verhandlung von Verträgen, Preisen und Lieferbedingungen mit dem Stammlieferanten
  • Mitwirkung an Kostenreduzierungsprojekten zur Steigerung des OPACC (Operating Profit After Capital Charge)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen
  • Einhaltung der ethischen und professionellen Standards mit unserer Lieferantenbasis
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der Compliance-Vorgaben und Konzernvorgaben bei allen Einkaufsprozesse

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf / Supply Chain
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, professionelles und sicheres Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, das Unternehmen kompetent zu repräsentieren
  • Six Sigma Erfahrung wünschenswert
  • Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level B2)
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und SAP
