Was erwartet dich?
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Weiterentwicklung von IAM Komponenten wie SAP GRC Access Control, SAP IDM, SAP Cloud Identity Services, EmpowerID, SAP BTP und SAP Fiori Apps
  • Du übersetzt Geschäftsanforderungen in klare, priorisierte Features und User Stories
  • Du pflegst und priorisierst das Product Backlog für das agile Team (im Rahmen des SAFe Value Streams)
  • Du arbeitest mit an PI Plannings, Refinements, Sprint Reviews und Inspect & Adapt Workshops
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Ansprechpartner:innen aus den Fachbereichen, der IT, Compliance und Security zusammen
  • Du stellst die End-to-End-Funktionalität von Benutzerlebenszyklus, Rollen und Berechtigungsprozessen sicher
  • Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des IAM Service Portfolios bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du besitzt mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT oder SAP Umfeld, zum Beispiel als Product Owner, Business Analyst:in oder Projektverantwortliche:r
  • Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis von IAM Prozessen sowie SAP Systemlandschaften mit, speziell GRC, IDM, BTP und Cloud Identity
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit agiler Arbeitsweise, idealerweise im SAFe Framework (Scaled Agile)
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen strukturiert aufzunehmen, zu priorisieren und iterativ zu entwickeln
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und einen klaren Stakeholder Fokus
  • Kein Studium erforderlich – Deine Erfahrung, Dein Drive und Dein Kundenverständnis zählen
