Release Train Engineer im SAP Projekt

- Du steuerst einen Agile Release Train (ART) innerhalb des SAP-Projekts mit Fokus auf IAM-Lösungen (SAP GRC AC, SAP IDM, SAP CIS, EmpowerID, SAP BTP, Fiori)
- Du organisierst und moderierst PI-Plannings, ART Syncs, System Demos und Inspect & Adapt Workshops
- Du koordinierst teamübergreifende Abhängigkeiten im Value Stream
- Du förderst die kontinuierliche Lieferung von Business Value innerhalb des SAFe-Rahmens
- Du arbeitest mit Product Ownern, Architects, QA, DevOps und Stakeholdern zusammen
- Eine interne Führungsrolle mit Gestaltungsspielraum und Eigenverantwortung

- Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als RTE, Scrum Master, Projektkoordinator:in oder Release Manager:in in agilen Umfeldern
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im SAFe-Framework und agilem Delivery-Management
- Du hast idealerweise Projekterfahrung im SAP- oder IAM-Umfeld
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und besitzt eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du benötigst kein Studium – entscheidend sind Deine Projekterfahrung und Führungsstärke
