Your mission
As our Country Manager FR & BeNeLux, you'll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact. You'll join our Internationalization Team, where your work will shape Carly's presence in France and directly influence Carly's mission to empower car owners worldwide. Your contributions across both B2B and B2C domains will be highly trusted and celebrated — all in an environment that values authenticity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Your responsibilities
- Own and execute local B2B lead generation and inbound lead qualification to drive consistent pipeline growth
- Cultivate partnerships and support the execution of strategic acquisition pilots in collaboration with the central team
- Lead and scale influencer marketing campaigns for the B2C French & BENELUX market, focusing on diverse channels and impact measurement
- Manage public relations efforts by securing media coverage, coordinating press outreach, and organizing a high-impact annual event
- Plan and oversee the execution of French & BENELUX TV campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals and pacing strategies
- Drive and optimize B2C growth initiatives including promotions, partnerships, and local experiments with a strong focus on revenue and ROI
- Contribute to localized sales and marketing material development, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance across B2B and B2C efforts
Your profile
- 5+ years in Growth, Marketing, or Sales roles within the French and BENELUX market
- Experience in both B2B and B2C business models
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Native-level in French and fluent English (C1) communication
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Background in automotive, tech, or consumer apps
- Experience with influencer marketing and TV media buying
- Familiarity with CRM systems and performance analytics

Carly is a cartech company improving car repair and maintenance for millions of car fans worldwide. We provide curated repair and maintenance knowledge and package it in a suitable format. With the help of our product, our customers receive actionable advice. They can then cover a large part of their repair and maintenance on their own, placing them back in control over their vehicles.
