Your mission

As a Working Student in Finance, you are part of the Finance team and support operational finance processes as well as the continuous improvement of our internal workflows.

  • Operational Finance Tasks: 
    You assist in managing financial processes and prepare reports and analyses that provide a clear overview of business performance. 

  • Invoice Management: 
    You review incoming and outgoing invoices for completeness and accuracy and ensure proper accounting.  
  • Travel Expenses & Reimbursements: 
    You handle travel expense management, check receipts for compliance with guidelines, and ensure timely, error-free processing. 

  • Financial Closing: 
    You support closing activities, including the preparation of evaluations and analyses. 

  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: 
    You create process documentation in Confluence to support knowledge sharing across the company. 

  • Process automation & AI: 
    You identify opportunities for automation in financial processes, make effective use of AI tools, and contribute to more efficient workflows.
Your profile
  • Studies: Advanced studies in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Initial experience through internships or working student activities in the financial sector is an advantage. 
  • Interests: Enthusiasm for finance, with a desire to develop your skills in a start-up environment. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English. 
  • IT Skills: Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a general affinity for IT tools and openness to AI.
