Procurement & Contract Management Coordinator (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Vertragsmanagement-Systems
  • Prüfung, Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Lieferanten-, Dienstleistungs- und Rahmenverträgen
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen sowie Angebotsprüfung
  • Erstellung sowie Pflege von Lastenheften und Spezifikationen in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Abstimmung technischer und qualitativer Anforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Recht, Controlling und Geschäftsführung
  • Organisation und Moderation von Abstimmungsterminen mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Koordination und Kommunikation im Rahmen von Projekten und Entscheidungsprozessen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Controlling oder Vertragsmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertragswesen, Projektmanagement oder in der Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische und technische Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von Lastenheften und Spezifikationen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vertragsmanagement-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten im Austausch mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
