Your responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Conducting market analysis to generate market insights to support the Business Unit and regional marketing and sales teams.

* Developing and implementing promotional campaigns on key social media platforms.

* Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency of actions across the division.

* Coordinating activities with external partners (e.g., working with graphic designers to create content for our communication campaigns).

* Assisting the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the promotional plan and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the Business Unit .

* Being proactive and proposing new ideas and initiatives.

* Scientist student (Chemistry / Biochemistry / Pharmacy / Technologist of Cosmetics and Detergents …) * Prior experience in the cosmetic industry would be a plus

Skills:

* Creativity, independence * Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

* Proficiency working with Microsoft Office tools

* Experience analyzing and reporting data

* English a must - German would be a plus
